1. Perishable Nature of Fruit
At Mango Mansion, we harvest and ship fresh, premium, export-grade mangoes. Because mangoes are fresh agricultural produce, **we cannot accept physical returns of the fruit**. All sales are final once the harvest has commenced and the order is dispatched.
2. Bruised or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, crushed, or bruised during transit, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue:
- Reach out to our customer care team within **24 hours of delivery**.
- Take clear photos of the damaged box and the condition of the fruit.
- Send the photo evidence along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp support at 0309-6049004 or email mangomansionpk@gmail.com.
Upon verification, we will happily coordinate a **free replacement shipment** or issue a **store refund** to your JazzCash/Easypaisa wallet.
