1. Perishable Goods Clause
At Mango Mansion, we harvest and ship fresh, premium, export-grade mangoes. Because mangoes are perishable agricultural produce, we cannot accept physical returns of the fruit. All sales are final once orders have been harvested and dispatched.
2. Damaged or Spoiled Shipments
We take pride in our premium hand-selection and packaging process. However, if your mangoes arrive damaged, bruised, or spoiled due to transit issues, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged box and mangoes.
- Send the details to our WhatsApp support at 0309-6049004 or email mangomansionpk@gmail.com along with your Order ID.
Upon verification, we will gladly arrange a **replacement shipment** or issue **store credit/refund** to your JazzCash/Easypaisa account.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not been processed for harvest or shipped. Since mangoes are freshly harvested based on orders, cancellations are not allowed once the harvesting process has started.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your designated mobile wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa) within **3 to 5 business days**.
